    This does not work * to get products off homepage, please help, it is driving me nuts. Thanks Mike

  3. There are a lot of the basic settings that don’t work on your theme, to purchase the premium version is not looking to good right now. do you offer a premium trial before purchase

    Thanks mike

    1. These settings are blocked for premium users. It Just for Display. Download our free version to test theme

  4. How can you test a theme if all the setting are blocked, is there a return policy if i don’t like like the way it works?

    1. All Basic function are working in Free version i just disable Premium Features Tab. These are Extended function like color change, Font styling and some widget Also you ask about return policy we are providing Free version to test as well as price is only 30% compare to many of other theme in same category and refund process that’s why long and fee on it apply so we are not offer that.

  5. I went to purchase the esell pro theme for $14 and your cart is showing $28 and i can not edit it to show only one purchase.

    1. Please use support form for question let us other know about these questions.

      In theme editor > edit front-page.php and remove this line

      1. Thanks for all your help it is really appreciated. Can I ask you a few more questions. (1) when I change over to the pro theme, it messes up all the work I did on the basic theme, is there a way to avoid this when switching over from basic to pro.. (2) Is there a way to change the color and size and font style of the title and tag on the home page.

        Thanks again

  6. Hi. Almost everything is working according to plan (eSell Pro) but I am *REALLY* struggling as to how to change the Add To Cart colour within the theme. I’ve tried custom css in the dashboard but it is always coming out RED and I need it to be bLUE so as to not clash with the rest of the theme structure.

    Please could you fill me in as to where I am going wrong?

    1. Please use Support forum for question ?

      and try this code in Custom styling and save it change color later

      .woocommerce a.button, .woocommerce button.button, .woocommerce input.button, .woocommerce #respond input#submit, .woocommerce #content input.button, .woocommerce-page a.button, .woocommerce-page button.button, .woocommerce-page input.button, .woocommerce-page #respond input#submit, .woocommerce-page #content input.button{
      background: #3222A7 !important;}

      1. Cheers Mike. That worked! Sorry for posting on here. I’ve another question but will drop it onto the relevant forum this time. Sorry for that..

        Thanks again!

  7. Hi Mike gain. Sorry about this, but I’ve left a message on the forum that no-one is answering. How would I go about the same thing but for changing the background of the tables in the CART section? They remain red when they need to be blue

      1. Sorry Sandy, I’m struggling here. I’ve re-downloaded the eSell Pro theme, but it’s still not showing up?
        Can you send me a link to the updated theme please?
        Thanks lots

  8. I just purchased the esell pro. I am new to drop down menus and I do not know how to set these up. Can you help? I’m experienced with WP, but now I want to put my inventory on this site and I am having trouble with this section.
    Also, I wanted to either change the price tag or at least the color and I can not find the area to do this. Can you help with this also?

  9. Hi. Where in the CSS can I adapt the Featured Image and Text? I would like it to be about a third as tall, but I cannot find an option to do this? I’m searching through the stylesheet but cannot find it

    1. Sorry, that was a bit vague. I mean the Featured Area and Text with Image. I really need it to be the same width but maybe a third as tall so as to see the featured products below

    2. Here is CSS of these
      Featured box > .esellallpages
      Featured Box Heading > .esellallpages h1
      Description > .esellallpages h3
      Image > .esellallpages img
      Search into style.css and do what you want if have any question please use support forum

      1. I’m having massive problems logging into Support. Email address isn’t recognised, even though responses come through fine.

        I’m really confused. I’ve found the .esellallpages section within stylesheet.css but changes make no difference unless I remove the image, but when I resize it (even down to 75%) it’s way too big again!

          1. Shot of site and code. Essentially I just need the Featured Image and text box to be the same width but a third as tall, but no matter how I resize the image it becomes this big…

            [IMG][/IMG] and [IMG][/IMG]

            (I’m having real problems logging in to forum as it’s not recognising my email or username, although I get replies via it!!)

            Thanks so much for help

          2. Ok go to Theme Option [esell options] into dashboard > Custom styling >
            paste below code
            .esellallpages img {
            width: 480px !important;
            height: 220px !important;

            Edit or change it according to your requirement

          3. THANK YOU!!

            I tried in Custom CSS but couldn’t get it to change. Will take a bit of tinkering but that cracked it!!

            Cheers massively!

  10. Well that was helpful but I do not see how to create Drop Down Menus. When I demoed the esell pro site it had drop downs and I do not see where and how to create these. I have multiple categories and I do not want them all in the main nav bar.

    1. Well that was helpful but I do not see how to create Drop Down Menus. When I demoed the esell pro site it had drop downs and I do not see where and how to create these. I have multiple categories and I do not want them all in the main nav bar.If some one can just get me started I am sure I can do this.
      What is happening I crate a menu and I have only the option of placing the categories in the nav bar. I feel I have missed something or maybe I’ve over looked something simple.

  11. How can I get my old theme back, I upgraded to the pro version and it made a big mess out of my site, all the hours of works are gone, I did ask you in a earlier post how I can avoid this and you never responded.

  12. OK I re-installed the old theme, now I just need to remove the products off the front page again like i did before, but your theme editor is not working the same way again, please HELP

  13. I did re install the old theme now i get this

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /home3/jasperu8/public_html/ on line 49

  14. Sandy are you going to answer me back ? Please don’t tell me to go to the forum. I purchased the pro version and I cant even use it. There was supposed to be premium support I was able to re-install the old theme which brought my site back some of the way, I still would like to remove the products from the home page. I went into front page php and removed this and it didn’t work this time. Any clue Why? Thanks

    1. Please provide your website address with login details. What your problem please make points or post screenshot within few hours your problem will fix. You know by commenting on post it may goes too long and no result.

      Send Email to [email protected]

  15. New question: I figured out the drop down issue. I am using the wp esell pro. I am entering products and I want my products to go to a designated products page. For instance- rugs, pillows need to open in their own page. Right now they are only showing up on the main page. Can you help?

    1. Yes please provide website details and problem you are facing my suggestion please use support forum

  16. Really nearly there on my project using your pro theme. Thanks so much. It’s going well..

    How can I make the product boxes the same size? By this I mean that if for example one product only has say 50 characters, the add to cart/more info stay at the same level as one that has 150? This is really important for symmetry. Currently it looks jumbled. Is there a way of making a character limit on the box so they all stay on the same level?

    1. I thought I’d add a screenshot to explain fully what I mean. You see in the image that Magazine’s cart/info buttons are a line above Love&Rockets simply because there is more text? How can I fix this? Ideally I guess it would have to be a maximum character in the title but it’s quite important!!

      Please help. I’m so nearly there

  17. Hello again. I left a post on the support forum but I’ve had no reply so thought I’d ask on here.
    I am trying to put social media buttons in the header, but can’t seem to make it work. Is there a way I can do this?
    If not, the footer would also work, but this isn’t working either. It appears that the bottom menu widgets are disabled. is this due to Woocommerce?

    I look forward to your reply

  18. I’ve included the relevant addresses of Social Media (just Twitter and FB) in the options, they work fine as a widget but I cannot get them to show in header or footer at all

    1. Use this code into custom styling and change size as you want { font-size: 18px;}

      Please use support forum for issue
