Here Remember Jheel Mehta From ‘Tarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma’? She Now Works In A Startup

Have you ever wondered why some popular actors – in television shows and movies – leave behind the fame and success to start all over again? It always isn’t about the glitz and glamour. Some celebrities find solace in the little things in life and after experimenting with the big guns, they resort to start life with a fresher perspective. The same happened with Jheel Mehta, popular for her role as Sonu in the comedy series Tarak Mehta Ka Oolta Chashma.

What did Jheel do after leaving TMKOC?

Jheel decided to leave the show behind to kickstart her academic journey. As she left, her decision changed her life allowing her to score above 90% in her class 10 board examinations. She pursued commerce and went on to attain her Bachelor’s of Business Administration. Today, she is a part of the startup Mutterfly that allows customers to purchase products on rent. What is her role in this organization?

Mutterfly giving wings to Jheel’s career?

Jheel works as a social media executive at Mutterfly. This means that her focus lies on the social media accounts of the company including their Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and preferably WhatsApp platforms. She creates strategies to run on these pages and also interacts with customers about their order updates. Sounds fun?

While some of you definitely have had the taste of startups, it is interesting to see many celebrities opt for the simple things in life-giving their full attention to earning their bread by upskilling and doing something productive.

While we miss the young Jheel as Sonu on the show, Nidhi Bhanushali had successfully replaced her and we have since loved her portrayal as well. Tarak Mehta Ka Oolta Chashma has its own fan base among the Indian audience, and we are absolutely delighted by every character’s efforts professionally and personally.

What do you think about Jheel’s career path?
