Here PagarBook Is Here To Change The Face Of Staff Management In SME Industry

Recently an ad campaign shared by PagarBook is capturing the interest of online users. The video campaign shows that a father comes back from a trip to Haridwar and is worried about how his son might be handling his business behind his back. To his surprise, the staff looks happy and is working more efficiently than before. He asks if everyone got their salaries on time or not. One of his happy employees replies that they not only got the salaries on time but also received their payslip on the mobile phone. The son is then seen distributing salaries with one click on his mobile by easily calculating their attendance, advance payments and even overtime. The father seems fairly proud of how advanced the son has made their business.

PagarBook & How It Came To Be

Like the concept of this campaign, the story behind PagarBook is very interesting. It is a fairly new app that aims at solving the most challenging problem faced by the SME sector, Staff Management. The app was co-founded by Adarsh Kumar, Rupesh Mishra and Arya Gautam in December 2019.

The core team traveled across the country for months to thoroughly understand the problems faced by SME owners. After months of research and development, the app was launched in July this year in English, Hindi, Hinglish, Gujarati, Marathi, Punjabi, Bangla, Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, and Odia. In just a month after its launch, the staff management app was downloaded and used by more than 20 lakh SME owners.

PagarBook has seen substantial growth in just a couple of months and today the app has more than 50 lakh users across 650 districts in India. The app serves as an all-rounder for all the staff related matters in any SME. From salaries to attendance, everything can be managed through this app saving a lot of time and effort.
