Pre-requisites:
- Latest version of Telegram app
- Active Telegram account
Steps to customise chats in Telegram

Open Telegram and head to Settings

Tap on Chat settings option

Here you can customize almost every design element of your chats

Tap on Change chat background

Choose from available background options or upload your own by tapping on Select from Gallery.

Once selected, tap on Blurred or Motion option to apply that effect on your background

Steps to set colour themes for chat window
From the Chat Settings menu, tap on one of the colour themes. This change will be applied to the entire app. You can also select the highlight colour for chats.
You can also scroll down and enable Auto-Night mode and Animations options
