How to download WhatsApp data
WhatsApp does not allow you to download all your data at once. Considering all your photos, videos and documents are already stored on your smartphone, taking a backup of WhatsApp folder will solve the problem.
Now, you only need to focus on saving chats. For that, the messaging platform does not have any provision of ‘Download all at once’. So, you’ll have to go one-by-one.
To do this, open
WhatsApp -> Settings -> Chats -> Chat History -> Export Chat

Instagram does not allow users to delete their account using the mobile app. To do this user’s need to open Instagram account using a browser on their laptop or desktop.
