3.Install and update mobile partner to your modem , and remove the default application , and remove its all files from c drive , then restart your system , and connect your modem again then it asks for install new mobile partner , its the universal application from huawei,
4.After the instalation check the modem is properly connected, then close the application , dont remove modem
5.open the second file its the unlocked firmware for E1731 that can be downloaded from here, OR mirror (Download)and install this firmware to your modem , if the instalation asks for a password put your flash code as the password, this instalation completes and your modem unlocked for permenantly, i checked this my self , and personally reccomended to some friends, they also unlocked their modems.if this procces asks for a password you need to enter your flash code as the password , you can generate your flash code and unlock code by entering your imei to huawei code generator

Any idea why , in my sim only 2G data pack is activated and 3G some data is also there. But when I use the Sim with datacard it shows 3G and when i use , it consume 3G data and when I use the same SIM with my mobile it consumes 2G data.
Any suggestion from some one?
i think both are same but if any diff. then because of Network select mode in mobile and pc like GSM for 2G and WCDMA for 3G i think !
