samsung-galaxy-j7-31. Galaxy J5 and J7 Pattern Unlock and Hard Reset:- If you have forget the lock Then there is an easy way to unlock pattern. Simply hard reset Galaxy your phone . But this process will delete all your mobile data. To unlock pettern Galaxy J5 and J7 with hard reset process check this steps.

Turn off Galaxy your mobile.
Now hold Volume Up+ Power + Home button simultaneously for few seconds.
It will bot your phone to recovery mode, now move pointer to Wipe Data/Factory Reset by pressing Volume up/ down key. Now select the Wipe data Factory Reset option with power button.
Now confirm it again with power button.
Now all your Galaxy j5 or J7 data will get deleted and it will be in Factory condition. Your patter lock will also get removed.


2. Another way to reset your Galaxy J5 is to enter the reset code on dial screen.

On dial screen enter this Samsung Galaxy J5 reset code: *2767*3855#

All data will be lost!



3. If this does not solve the problem, perform a factory data reset.  On the Applications
screen, tap Settings -> Backup and reset -> Factory data reset -> Reset device -> Erase everything. Before performing the factory data reset, remember to make back-up copies of all important data stored on the device.

Sir, i want to unlock my samsung galaxy j7 phone i am forgot email and unlock code. i am done hard reset by switch off and volume power button method but if i am switch on my phone then asked select language after select and then ask my syn. Email and pashward i am forgot that. then how can i unlock my phone.

    1. Please clear your question you says it hard reset but after that on setup screen code and ask you to add email, Just make another email and try to reset your email from internet account by providing security question then you are able to sync.
      else let me know other issue

  2. i can not confirmed my saved pattern, i am in the mobile, i changed my previous pattern, i wanted to rechang again, but i forget last changed.
    i am in the phone, if i will lock the mobile i can not confirm my pattern, i am using j5 samsung
